Product Description

The Bently Nevada 3500/44M is a four-channel monitoring instrument specifically designed for aeroderivative gas turbine applications. This module continuously monitors machinery conditions and compares sensor readings against predefined alarm setpoints to trigger warnings when necessary. It also facilitates the sharing of critical machine information with both operations and maintenance teams.

The 3500/44M utilizes specialized I/O modules to interface with Velomitor sensors and accelerometers. Through configuration software, users can set up various filter options including signal integration and 1X vibration tracking. The module accepts input from two Keyphasor signals, enabling each channel pair to utilize different tracking filters for enhanced monitoring capabilities.

This monitoring module allows configuration of channels with up to eight sets of alarm parameters. Each parameter set can include customized alert and danger setpoints with configurable time delays for different machine operating modes. When machine operating conditions change, the monitor automatically switches to the appropriate parameter set using I/O modules or software commands.
